San Antonio, TX

Someone local, on it, so you don't have to be.

I handle the calls, the paperwork, and the follow-through for families who either have someone aging here — or are landing here — and don't have the time or the local know-how to do it themselves.

No contracts. Pay as you go.

I'm Toyin Solarin, founder of Concierge210. For seven years I've kept a high-volume Amazon sortation operation accurate and on schedule, and before that I led a 50-person team processing thousands of bank accounts a year in a regulated environment. If you're trusting someone with a parent's wellbeing or your family's move, that's the kind of steady, detail-first person you're getting.

How it works

  1. Reach out

Call, text, or email. Tell me what's going on — a parent you're worried about, or a move you're trying to get ahead of.

  2. Free 15-minute call

We talk through the situation and figure out which package actually fits. No pressure, no sales pitch.

  3. A simple agreement

I text or email a one-page summary of exactly what's included and the rate. You confirm — that's the whole contract.

  4. We start

Check-in service usually begins within 48 hours. Move-in packages start on your timeline — even before you land, if needed.

  5. You stay in the loop

Weekly written updates for check-in service, or a final handoff report when a move-in package wraps. I'm always reachable by phone or text in between.

Questions families ask

Is this medical care?

No. I'm not a nurse or a medical provider. I coordinate, check in, and handle logistics — for anything medical, I work alongside your parent's existing doctors and caregivers, not in place of them.

What areas do you serve?

The San Antonio metro area, including JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, and JBSA-Randolph.

How do I pay?

Zelle or PayPal, sent directly — no middleman. Check-in service is billed monthly up front; move-in packages are a flat fee paid before I start.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fee — just let me know before the next billing date.

What if something urgent comes up?

Premium check-in clients get a same-week response from me for anything that feels off. For a true emergency, call 911 first — I'll coordinate with family after.
